3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Our services are intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this website or placing a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the applicable laws of Poland.

You are responsible for all information and actions that originate from your communications with us, including:

5. Confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only when we have explicitly communicated written confirmation (usually via email) and received any required deposit or prepayment within the specified timeframe.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our sole discretion, particularly if the requested date is no longer available, if the venue is unsuitable, or if the proposed use conflicts with applicable laws, regulations or our internal policies.

Unless expressly stated in your agreement, the services do not include:

• Any form of real-money gambling regulated as such under Polish law.
• Venue rental, catering, accommodation or transport for guests.
• Security services, crowd management, or medical assistance.
• Licences, permits or approvals that may be required by the venue or local authorities.

The exact configuration of tables, staff, equipment and schedule will be defined in your individual offer and booking confirmation. Minor technical or aesthetic adjustments may be made by us to maintain event quality or comply with safety standards, provided that the overall character of the booked service remains equivalent.

6. Payment Terms and Methods

Payment terms for each event are indicated in your offer and booking confirmation. In general, the following principles apply:

• Deposit. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your selected date and service configuration. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Balance. The remaining balance is usually due within a specified number of days before the event date, or on-site prior to event start, as agreed in writing.
• Accepted methods. Acceptable payment methods (for example bank transfer or other cashless options) will be communicated in your quote and may be updated from time to time.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your offer and may be subject to applicable taxes or statutory charges. You are responsible for any bank fees, exchange costs or payment processing charges arising from the chosen payment method.

Failure to comply with the agreed payment schedule may result in postponement, suspension or cancellation of services. We reserve the right to withhold performance or access to the entertainment setups if due amounts have not been received or cannot be verified.

7. Cancellations and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, especially for complex events. To maintain fairness and operational stability, the following general rules apply unless replaced by specific terms in your agreement:

• Client-initiated cancellations. If you wish to cancel or significantly change your event, you must notify us in writing as early as possible using the contact channels listed on the Contact Us page.
• Deposits. Deposits are typically non-refundable, as they cover planning work, reserved dates and potential opportunity cost.
• Time-based refunds. Partial or full refunds of additional prepayments (beyond the non-refundable deposit) may be available depending on how far in advance the cancellation occurs and the level of preparation already completed. Specific timeframes and percentages will be stated in your offer.
• Changes to date or scope. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes or scope adjustments, subject to availability and potential re-quotation of pricing. Such changes may be treated as cancellations and new bookings where necessary.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to events beyond our reasonable control (for example force majeure, severe technical failures or safety concerns). In such situations we will offer an alternative date or an appropriate refund of payments received for services not delivered, as further defined in the liability section below.

• Lawful and respectful use. All activities during the event must comply with applicable laws, venue policies and any instructions issued by our team. Aggressive, abusive or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Age restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that all participating guests meet the minimum age requirements applicable to gaming-themed entertainment, in accordance with Polish law and any venue-specific rules.
• Venue suitability. You must provide or secure a venue that meets the technical, spatial and safety requirements for the selected lounge configuration, including access to power supply, loading routes and any necessary permissions.
• Damage and loss. You may be held liable for damage to our equipment or property caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to adjust, restrict or terminate services during an event if serious safety concerns arise or if behaviour clearly violates these Terms, without prejudice to our right to receive full agreed compensation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, layouts, design elements, user interface components, infographics, and embedded or downloadable media, is the exclusive property of FOP BUDOWNICTWO I NAJEM POKOI ALEKSANDRA ROSZAK or is used under appropriate licences.
